My name is Michael Adu and I am a Stress Reduction Specialist.
I’m also the Founder of London Stress Centre & Disconnect & Chill. Here, we help you map your current biological stress patterns to give us a framework on which to improve. After delivering our coaching, we found that people reversed cellular aging, improved their immunity and achieved better balance in the autonomic nervous system- the system controlling stress and relaxation.
