My name is Michael Adu and I am a Stress Optimisation Specialist & Founder of London Stress Centre & Disconnect & Chill. Here, my team help you map your current biological stress patterns to give you a framework on which to improve. After delivering our coaching programmes and workshops, we found that people reversed cellular ageing, improved their immunity and achieved better balance in the autonomic nervous system- the system controlling stress and relaxation.

I’ve felt and seen first-hand the effects of not building that foundation of internal health properly.

Stress & Anxiety was getting to me BAD! I thought I was a weirdo. I was always questioning what was wrong with me. Nobody understood. I was lonely. I didn’t know why my body was reacting to what others considered normal situations? I had no confidence, no self-esteem or self-worth. My future looked wasn’t look good at all from where I was standing. I was broken and needed fixing. Using technology and my tenacity to get better, I developed a unique answer to my anxiety problems. And this is what created London Stress Centre and our e-learning programmes. It systematically breaks down all of the challenges you will face in trying. to manage stress and provides all the answers needed to regain control back of yourself.

Since I created my stress reduction programme and it had so much success, I furthered my offering to help people build more of a resilient robust body in the midst of stress. This can be the difference between letting stress control you or you being in control of stress for the rest of your life. My journey has been an amazing one and I want to share my knowledge with you so you can feel how I feel right now!
