Each activity you are set to complete on that day is an application that is open and the more applications you open, the more battery is consumed. Combine this with other factors (mental stress, emotional stress, environmental stress, nutritional stress, social stress etc) and we can see how easy it is to consume a fair amount of energy during our waking day.

At the end of the day, our goal is to close down the tabs/applications (to stop additional energy consumption) and plug your phone into the charger so you can be 100% the following day.

The purpose of this course is to train your body, brain and mind to effectively shut off all tabs (release all thoughts and feelings of the day, charge up at the best time for you (enter into recovery as and when your body requires it) and improve your efficiency when using applications (use less energy to complete daily stresses).

My name is Michael Adu and I am a Stress Reduction Specialist & Founder of London Stress Centre & Disconnect & Chill. Here, we help you map your current biological stress patterns to give us a framework on which to improve. After delivering our coaching, we found that people reversed cellular aging, improved their immunity and achieved better balance in the autonomic nervous system- the system controlling stress and relaxation.

I’ve felt and seen first hand the effects of not building that foundation of internal health properly.

My Story

Stress & Anxiety was getting to me BAD!

I thought I was a weirdo. I was always questioning what was wrong with me. Nobody understood. I was lonely. I didn’t know why my body was reacting to what others considered normal situations?

I had no confidence, no self esteem or self worth. My future looked wasn’t look good at all from where I was standing. I was broken and needed fixing.

Using technology and my tenacity to get better, I developed an unique answer to my anxiety problems. The “Find Your Calm” programme. It systematically breaks down all of the challenges and provides all the answers needed to regain control back of yourself.

I now want to help others with my symptoms: stress, anxiety or those who are overloaded with pressure or strain.

Also my father, after working for a number of years in a high stressed job, fell ill from a case of overloaded stress, ineffective recovery and being unaware of the damage.
