THE PRINCIPLE

Image yourself as a mobile phone battery. At the beginning of the day, you have recharged yourself back to 100%.

Each activity you are set to complete on that day is an application that is open and the more applications you open, the more battery is consumed. Combine this with others factors (mental stress, emotional stress, environmental stress, nutritional stress, social stress etc) and we can see how easy it is to consume a fair amount of energy during our waking day.

At the end of the day, our goal is to close down the tabs/applications (to stop additional energy consumption) and plug your phone into the charger so you can be 100% the following day.

The goal for you within this programme is to train your body, brain and mind to effectively shut off all tabs (release all thoughts and feelings of the day, charge up at the best time for you (enter into recovery as and when your body requires it) and improve your efficiency when using applications (use less energy to complete daily stresses).

CALM

The coach programme starts with our Find Your Calm, our 6 part workbook covering the key principles to finding your key physiologically calming activity.

You will receive our ‘Find Your Calm’ Book to take you on the journey and have our biological biofeedback device to gain deeper insights into your calming protocols. In the book, the key principles you will learn are:

  1. The Science of Stress

  3. Testing your CALM

  4. Brain Training for CALM

  5. Implementation

RESILIENCY & PRODUCTIVITY

The second step in this coach programme is about optimising stress to become more resilient & productive.

Once you have a good grasp of how you calm yourself, the next step is designed to help you build stress resilience and optimise your stress levels to create productivity and focus. This is so the physiological body is always about to handle our worldly stresses effectively.

You will receive our ‘Optimise Your Stress & Focus’ Book to take you on the journey and have our biological biofeedback device to gain deeper insights into your resilience and focus protocols. In this book, the key principles you will learn are:

  1. The Stress/Calm Continuum

  2. The Body’s Stress Markers: NAD’s

  3. Methods for Stress Resilience and Productivity

SLEEP

How we enter and have a successful night’s sleep is also dependant on our brain and nervous system. To be able to transition to deep sleep is created by your autonomic nervous system and your parasympathetic state.

You will receive our ‘Improve Your Sleep’ Book to take you on the journey and we send you a 24 hour cortisol hormone test to gain deeper insights into your biological clock and sleep regime. In this book, the key principles you will learn are:

THE COACH

Meet Me (Michael).

My name is Michael Adu and I am a Stress, Sleep & Calm Specialist.

I’m also the Founder of London Stress Centre & Disconnect & Chill. Here, we help you map your current biological patterns to give us a framework on which to improve. After delivering our coaching, we found that people regain control of their body and mind, reduce stress reversed cellular ageing, improved their immunity and achieved better balance in the autonomic nervous system- the system controlling stress, sleep & relaxation.
