Privacy notice
London Stress Centre Ltd ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This notice explains what we collect when you download our report, "Beyond First Aid: The Case for a Wellness Concierge", and what we do with it.
Who we are
London Stress Centre Ltd, 65 Old Farm Road, London N2 9RF. You can reach us at info@londonstresscentre.co.uk. We are the "data controller" for the information described here, which means we decide how and why it is used.
What we collect
When you fill in the report download form, we collect:
- your name
- your email address
- your company name (optional)
We also receive the standard technical information our website provider collects when you visit the site, such as your approximate location and device type.
How we use it
We use your details to:
- send you the report and follow up about it
- send you occasional notes and updates from London Stress Centre about workplace wellbeing, where you would reasonably expect them as someone who asked for the report
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.
Our lawful basis
We rely on your consent (you choose to give us your details to get the report) and our legitimate interest in keeping in touch with people who have asked about our work. You can opt out of any message at any time by replying or emailing info@londonstresscentre.co.uk, and we will stop.
Who processes it
Our website and forms are run by Squarespace, which stores the form entries on our behalf. Email is handled through our email provider (Google Workspace). Both act as "processors" - they handle the data only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while our notes are useful to you, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- see the information we hold about you
- correct it
- delete it
- stop using it
Email info@londonstresscentre.co.uk and we will sort it.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
